Abstract. The paper presents a response to the criticisms raised by Ya. V. Kuzmin to the author’s works published in 2017–2021 and devoted to the problems of chronology and periodization

of the Stone Age of Kamchatka. It is shown that the available archaeological, chronometric and paleogeographic evidence do not support the opponent’s arguments.
